How do you work out which price applies?

By the number of homes your heat network supplies, as you tell us during set up. One heat network is usually one building's communal heating system.

What if the number of homes changes?

Update it in the network's details. If it moves the network into a different price band, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we show you the new price first.

Do you add VAT?

No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time from your billing settings. You keep access until the end of the year you have paid for.

We manage several blocks. Is there a discount?

Yes. If you manage 5 or more heat networks, contact us for portfolio pricing.
